The recording equipment installed in the rapid response vehicle enables recording of image and sound from three cameras along with recording of the GPS position, time, speed and several signal/control sensors (8 input and 4 output). Moreover, the system enables remote supervision of the vehicle from a control centre using a CDMA modem, which provides the transmission of the image, sound and all other recorded data (online remote monitoring of the current situation). The mobile digital video recorder (MDVR) system is equipped with sophisticated software applications for further processing and archiving the recordings, including via WiFi LAN. The MDVR can be equipped with an external momentary overload sensor, which dispatches an alarm to the control centre in the event of an accident. Another optional accessory is a control panel located inside the vehicle cabin, via which the MDVR can be controlled. The recording equipment is designed to work even under impaired climatic and mechanical conditions. By default, the system is designed as zero-maintenance, activated and deactivated with the ignition key.

The mobile command/headquarters post for the Czech Police is designed for command, control and supervision of crisis management actions. It is equipped with a sophisticated information and communications system enabling the monitoring and interpretation of situations in real time. The post equipment enables voice and data communication with other Czech Police posts via the PEGAS network, receiving, displaying and recording video feed from a helicopter on-board transmitter and other external sources, and receiving and sending information via the Internet network. The mobile command/headquarters post is conceived as a special superstructure on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter 516C chassis, designed as a conference workroom for six persons. The core equipment consists of powerful workstations, a mobile digital video recorder and an UMTS/HSUPA router connected to a LAN, LCD screens and a TV set for replicating workstation displays and displaying the video feed from the mobile digital video recorder, a diversity receiver for receiving the video feed from the on-board transmitter, and a power supply system.

Design info-stand for outdoor use with two 47" Vartech LCD panels. The info-stand is constructed and equipped with components which are able to operate non-stop in all-weather conditions. Its structure is engineered to withstand mechanical damage - vandalism-proof design. LCD panels are mounted by 6 mm tempered glass with VBOND technology which ensures clear readability during sunny summer months. Computer placed inside the info-stand provides Full HD projection on both LCD panels. Remote control of the computer enables changes of the projection without a need of on-site instalation. Furthermore, the info-stand can be equipped with touch-screen panels with optical touch-screen technology, web-camera with microphone for multi-media communication and long-range camera supervisory system.

The workplace needs to be reliable, capable of operating in demanding conditions, and able to support non-stop field operations. Primary emphasis is also placed on the design, specifically flawless installation in the vehicle interior (homologation) and the ergonomics of use of individual devices. In addition to its basic function, which is to be a full-fledged replacement for a stationary office, the workplace also provides wireless information and communication support directly from the action site using two Matra terminals.

The headquarters vehicle VŠV-4p is designed for monitoring and controlling communication and information systems at the mobile command sites of brigade and battalion formations. Our company delivered and participated in the integration of information technologies in a container mounted on the undercarriage of a Tatra 815 ARMAX cargo vehicle. This includes four IT support workplaces and a graphics server that ensures the display of the current status of monitored local and remote IT resources and communication subsystems on two robust large-format VARTECH 47-inch displays. The imaging system uses an area with a total resolution of 3840x1080 pixels. The system further features a large-format printer, data projector, rugged IP phones and an additional LCD display. This is a unique solution that meets the most demanding criteria for resistance, graphics performance, and system stability. The system can be utilized outside the military environment as a mobile ICT monitoring and surveillance station.

The mobile operation centre is a multi-function portable field office with the option for transferring data and voice using various means of communication (i.e. VHF or WiFi radio stations, Matra or Tetra terminals, GSM/GPRS/EDGE modems, satellite terminals, etc.). It is primarily designed as a crisis management mobile workplace. The modular system can be configured based on specific user requirements. The basic configuration contains a rugged notebook with a docking station, a printer, a GPS module, a digital WiFi camera, three GSM/GPRS/EDGE modems, a manual Matra terminal, a PR20 WiFi radio station, a MaTrack communication router, Li-Ion backup batteries, LED positioning light, and a DC/DC (in 12-32V) power adaptor.
