The mobile operation centre is a multi-function portable field office with the option for transferring data and voice using various means of communication (i.e. VHF or WiFi radio stations, Matra or Tetra terminals, GSM/GPRS/EDGE modems, satellite terminals, etc.). It is primarily designed as a crisis management mobile workplace. The modular system can be configured based on specific user requirements. The basic configuration contains a rugged notebook with a docking station, a printer, a GPS module, a digital WiFi camera, three GSM/GPRS/EDGE modems, a manual Matra terminal, a PR20 WiFi radio station, a MaTrack communication router, Li-Ion backup batteries, LED positioning light, and a DC/DC (in 12-32V) power adaptor.
